Member Data Center
Since 1979, OHA Data Services has been offering member hospitals information to support their decision-making needs. OHA receives data from member and non-member hospitals, within and outside of Ohio, relating to inpatient, outpatient, emergency department and skilled nursing facility care. OHA turns this data into information that is not only meaningful but also actionable.
Currently, OHA receives patient-level data files from approximately 200 hospitals on either a monthly or quarterly basis. Roughly 26 million records are collected per year. DataTrack was created to offer a more streamlined/efficient and HITECH-compliant way for data to move between OHA and hospitals. DataTrack will aid hospitals in submitting their data via a secured-encrypted server. OHA will then process that data and provide it back to the hospital for correction, sign off and eventually transferred to OHA Insight.
